About Austin
Austin Bentson is the Founder and Principal Consultant of GuidePoint Consulting and lives in Beverly, Massachusetts. He brings nearly a decade of experience working within the Veracross ecosystem, having supported K–12 schools in a wide range of customer facing roles during his time at Veracross. Through that work, Austin saw firsthand how challenging it can be for schools to fully leverage Veracross on their own. Schools often start from a blank slate, and developing deep system expertise can take years of daily use. Even strong teams can struggle to bridge the gap between what they manage internally and what is possible with the right guidance and support. GuidePoint Consulting grew directly from this need. It emerged from Austin’s desire to help schools close that gap. He repeatedly saw schools seeking additional partnership to ensure their system was set up intentionally, their teams were well trained, and their workflows reflected how the school actually operates. What Austin enjoys most is building relationships, problem solving alongside school teams, and helping them move toward clarity and confidence. Austin’s approach begins with listening. Schools often describe working with him as collaborative and reassuring, noting that he feels like part of the team rather than an outside resource. He takes time to understand each school’s goals and constraints, then offers clear guidance and thoughtful execution to help teams work more efficiently and confidently. Austin is a certified Veracross consultant and a member of Veracross’s preferred partner network. Through GuidePoint Consulting, he continues to work hands on with schools, providing steady partnership and trusted support as they build systems that truly meet their needs.
