Austin Bentson - Founder & Principal Consultant
GuidePoint Consulting was founded by Austin Bentson, who brings nearly a decade of direct experience supporting K–12 schools within the Veracross ecosystem.

Before launching GuidePoint, Austin worked closely with school teams in roles spanning implementation support, technical account management, training, customer success, and system strategy. This experience gives him a deep understanding of both the platform and the day-to-day realities schools face, especially during transitions, staff turnover, and periods of growth.

Austin’s philosophy is rooted in partnership. Schools don’t just need answers; they need a trusted advisor who understands their context, communicates clearly, and provides steady support. GuidePoint was created to meet that need.
